Volunteer Opportunities

Learning Enrichment Center in Kellerher Park is seeking reading and math tutors/mentors to work with children, ages 6-16, in an established program to provide academic support and individual attention to students. Volunteers are asked to dedicate two hours per week working one on one with students. Tutors will be trained and have ongoing support.

Teaching Opportunities
with Newburyport Youth

Opportunities can range from: Arts and crafts; model building, jewelry dance, exercise, yoga, spirituality, music, song, cooking, writing, photography
Anything else you can imagine!

Instructors for youth 10-18 years of age are needed!

  • Programs can be 4-6 weeks in length or one time workshops.
  • Instructors will be compensated for their time.
